Senior Accountant Controller

Senior Accountant / Controller – Full-Time | Peshtigo, WI

What You’ll Do

• Lead day‑to‑day accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations, journal entries).
• Manage month-end close and produce accurate, meaningful financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and develop short‑/medium‑term forecasts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI development.
• Oversee job costing, project profitability, and margin analysis.
• Improve processes, internal controls, and financial reporting quality.
• Supervise and develop one accounting team member.
• Partner with leadership, banks, CPA firm, and external professionals.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years progressive accounting experience (Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Controller).
• Strong GL, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close experience.
• Background in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or project-based environments is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; Sage 50 experience preferred.
• Hands-on, analytical, proactive, organized, and business‑minded.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
