(Senior) Accountant (FP&A)

Your role

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Support

  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual business planning processes for Connectivity business units.
  • Perform detailed profitability, cost, and product line analysis to support commercial strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze financial and non-financial KPIs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

• Management Reporting

  • Design and deliver interactive dashboards and visual reporting tools for top management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data insights to facilitate rapid, informed decision-making.
  • Maintain reporting systems and processes to reflect evolving business needs.

• Productivity Improvement & Transformation

  • Drive digital transformation in FP&A by streamlining processes, integrating advanced analytics, and implementing automation and modern tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data‑driven decision‑making across teams

• Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Finance, Product Marketing, Operations, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Translate business needs into analytical requirements and actionable outputs.
  • Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis, presentations, and strategic projects.

To succeed in this role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information technology, or related field;

• 3+ years’ experience in FP&A, business planning, or data analytics

• Strong understanding of financial modelling, KPI frameworks, and operational performance analysis

• Demonstrated ability to drive process automation and manage transformation projects

• Excellent communication skills for engaging cross-functional stakeholders and senior management

• Expertise in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) and Python and power automate will be a plus

• Analytical mindset with ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Business Analyst position
