Senior Accountant (GL & AR Reporting)

Responsibilities

• Record, review, and post routine and non-routine journal entries (Accruals, Prepayments, Depreciation, Provisions, and Adjustments) with proper supporting documents.
• Execute timely and accurate financial closing in accordance with IFRS, TFRS, and corporate timelines.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts, including Fixed Assets, bank accounts, and intercompany balances to resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare statutory financial statements, monthly reporting packages, and coordinate directly with external and internal auditors.
• Review and prepare monthly tax returns (WHT, VAT, CIT, Transfer Pricing) ensuring compliance with Revenue Department regulations.
• Collaborate with Controlling on cost center allocations, monthly variance analysis, and budget monitoring.
• Handle accounting transactions related to BOI, bonded warehouses, customs, and import/export processes.
• Maintain standards and with SAP key users to optimize accounting workflows.
• Other assignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in General Ledger (GL) or full-loop accounting.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, with direct exposure to BOI and bonded warehouse operations.
• Experience and knowledge for TFRS and IFRS for international companies.
• SAP and Advanced Excel skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
