Senior Accountant - MRT Line

Key Responsibilities:

Billing & Invoicing

· Review billing documents and system data before issuing invoices approximately 500qts which peak period during 25th – 6th of each month.

· Prepare and issue invoices; submit via customer billing platforms with supporting documents.

· Coordinate with Sales / Project Coordinator to complete billing requirements.

Collection & Receipts

· Follow up domestic outstanding receivables and cheque collection schedules.

· Prepare Tax Invoices, Official Receipts, and related payment documents.

Month-end & AR Support

· Perform Unbilled Sales / Reverse Unbilled Sales and month-end sales entries.

· Reconcile AR balances and prepare adjustment entries for closing.

· Credit limit extension request and payment term approval for clients

Reporting, Admin & Audit

· Prepare Credit Note, REC CHQ and weekly AR reports.

· Support POA, watermarking confidential documents, stationery/form control, Balance Confirmation,
and audit requests.

Qualifications / Requirements

· Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum 5 years in AR, Billing, Collection, or Accounting Operations.

· Experience with invoices, Tax Invoices, Official Receipts, AR reconciliation, and month-end support.

· Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven, and able to communicate with customers and internal teams.

Skills / System Experience

· Good Excel skills: Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, report preparation.

· Good understanding of AR, billing, tax invoice, receipt, and collection processes.

· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / accounting module will be an advantage.

· Intermediate English communication skills, including writing business emails and verbal communication.

· Able to work with customer billing platforms and maintain accurate system records.
