Senior Accountant - Remote

Hiring: Senior Accountant | 100% Remote

What You'll Do

• Manage general ledger activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform account reconciliations including inventory reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Support payroll, expense reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Assist with cash flow analysis and provide meaningful financial insights.
• Coordinate audit activities and maintain effective internal controls.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of manufacturing accounting experience with strong general ledger expertise.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• A collaborative, positive personality and the ability to thrive in a growing business environment.

Experience in manufacturing is required. Cost accounting experience is a big plus. We're especially interested in candidates with hands-on industry accounting experience who enjoy being part of a close-knit team.
