Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Details Job Duties

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion.

Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and other general ledger transactions.

Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Analyze general ledger activity and financial results to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.

Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting.

Utilize SAP to record, review, research, and reconcile accounting transactions.

Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, inventory, and other accounting functions as needed.

Prepare account analyses and supporting schedules for internal and external reporting.

Partner with FP&A, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related issues.

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.

Help implement standardized procedures and documentation to improve accuracy and consistency.

Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and requested documentation.

Assist with system enhancements, process automation, and other accounting projects.

Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable GAAP requirements.

Take ownership of accounting processes and proactively identify ways to make the function more efficient and scalable.
