Senior Accounting Manager

Simonson Companies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you will support our financial operations by managing various accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to help sustain our company's growth and efficiency.

Duties:

-Assist with daily bookkeeping activities, including data entry and account reconciliation
-Manage billing and accounts payable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.

• Provides oversight of certain accounting systems including ledger auditing

-Support office management tasks such as filing, document proofreading, and maintaining organized financial records.
-Handle client communication via phone and email with professionalism, providing excellent customer support and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications:

-Candidate must have accounting related higher education (CPA preferred, not required) -or- 3 to 5 years of direct accounting related job experience.
-Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed, proofreading skills, and attention to detail.
-Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
-Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with professional phone etiquette.
