Senior Accounting Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and independent Senior Accounting Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the company’s accounting operations and supporting financial planning and reporting across the group.

What you'll be doing

• Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions for both head office and retail operations, including AR & AP processing and invoice verification.
• Provide support in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Assist with annual tax filing and tax planning activities.
• Monitor daily financial management and accounting operations for overseas subsidiaries.
• Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and handle general administrative filing.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by management.

What we're looking for

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably gained in the retail or multi-branch industry.
• Proactive, quick learner with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and possessing a positive working attitude.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
