Senior Accounting Officer

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy
• Must have at least 2 yrs. of working experience
• Working experience dealing with foreign clients is an advantage.
• Proficient in English language
• Must be willing to be assigned in Mabalacat City, Pampanga

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and administer payroll accurately and on time, including computation of salaries, statutory deductions, and payroll-related reports.
• Prepare and issue customer billings and statements, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely recording in the accounting system.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll, billing, and related general ledger accounts; assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks, including record management, internal reporting, and support to management.
• Flexible time and hybrid work setup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php38,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
