Senior / Accounting Officer

About Us:

At MO/MaskOn Limited, we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation in product design and branding. Founded in 2020, MO/MaskOn began as a design-oriented PPE brand and has since evolved into a lifestyle and travel product design brand. This expansion features its own MO Series and collaborations with various artists and IPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts independently and prepare financial statements
• Perform routine accounting functions, including data maintenance, invoice handling, cheque preparation and filing
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements
• Liaise with external auditors for annual auditing, tax filing and other compliance requirements
• Other ad hoc assignments or duties as required

Key Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma in Accounting/Finance with LCC Level 3 Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of solid accounting experience
• Well organized, mature, independent and detail oriented
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferable
