Senior Accounts Associate

Title: Accounts Associate
Location: work from home (Pan India)

Working Hours: 1:30 PM 10:30 PM
Workdays: 5 Days per week

We are looking for an experienced Accounts professional with strong UK/Ireland accounting exposure and good client-handling skills. Client interaction and communication experience is preferable, with the ability to manage accounts work from bookkeeping through to final review stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and act as a point of contact where required.
• Prepare accounts from bookkeeping records through to final review stage.
• Handle bookkeeping work when required, while being comfortable taking on broader accounts responsibilities.
• Prepare and review financial statements and accounts working papers.
• Experience with Bright Accounts and Bright Accounts Production.
• Support CT filings and related compliance work.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure deadlines are met.
• Take ownership of files and manage work through to completion.

Key Requirements

• Strong UK and/or Irish accounting experience.
• Good accounts preparation experience.
• Strong bookkeeping knowledge, but capable of working beyond bookkeeping.
• Client-facing experience is preferable.
• Experience taking accounts files through to final review stage.
• Practical experience with Bright Accounts / Bright Accounts Production.
• Exposure to Corporation Tax (CT) filings.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of client work.

Ideal Profile:
Someone who is comfortable moving between client interaction, bookkeeping, accounts preparation and compliance, rather than being limited to one area of accounting.
