Senior Accounts Clerk

A Cat.C “Road & Drainage” and “Site Formation” Civil Engineering Main Contractor has the following immediate vacancies: -

Job Descriptions:

·       Handle full set of accounts. Prepare monthly/annual breakdowns and reconciliations;

·       Manage day-to-day financial transactions, accounts receivable/payable and payroll processing;

·       Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, financial statements and management reports;

·       Assist in external audits, tax filings and prepare necessary supporting schedules;

·       Assist in the preparation of quotations, budgets, forecasts and other financial analyses;

.          Provide administrative support in accounts department;

·             Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

·       Form5/HKDSE holder with LCCI Level 3 / Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

·       3-5 years of relevant experience

·       Experience in handle full set of accounts and year-end closing

·       Knowledge in Account Software – Sage 50 Accounting will be an advantage

·       Good command of English and Chinese

·       Self-motivated, self-discipline, good interpersonal communication skills

·       Proficiency in MS office, including Excel and Word, and Chinese Word Processing

·       Immediately available is preferable

·      Less experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk.
