Senior Accounts Executive

About the role

The Senior Accounts Executive is primarily responsible for managing Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring timely collections and accurate reporting. The role also provides support in Accounts Payable and General Ledger activities, contributing to overall financial compliance, audit readiness, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Verify daily sales reports from outlets and departments
• Record and update daily sales collections (credit card & cash)
• Ensure daily cash deposits reconcile with sales reports
• Prepare and process billing to clients accurately and on time
• Assist in preparing revenue declaration reconciliation and submission
• Follow up with customers on outstanding receivables
• Perform daily and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Submit e-invoices to LHDN in compliance with statutory requirements
• Assist in preparing audit and tax schedules
• Cooperate with the finance team to maintain and improve the quality management system

About you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5 years' of relevant experience
• Organized and able to multitask
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
