Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Accounts to independently manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, payroll support, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts using Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, and bank reconciliation.
• Handle TDS, GST, Professional Tax, PF, ESI, Income Tax and related statutory filings.
• Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS and management reports.
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation, loans, statutory dues, expenses and cash/bank positions.
• Support monthly payroll, salary deductions, reimbursements and employee accounting.
• Coordinate with CA, CS, auditors, banks and statutory authorities.
• Assist with statutory, tax and internal audits and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of accounting and statutory compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance; M.Com / CA Inter is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Practical knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, ESI, Professional Tax and Income Tax.
• Experience in MIS reporting, P&L, Balance Sheet, reconciliations and audit schedules.
• Healthcare/hospital accounting experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
