Senior Accounts Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive who is experienced and confident in handling full set accounts independently and is ready to take on team coordination and supervisory responsibilities. If you are detail-oriented, organized and enjoy taking ownership of accounting and administrative operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and finalize full set of accounts independently
• Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure timely submission
• Assist with e-Invoice, sst and accounting system processes
• Monitor inventory, parts and related accounting records
• Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls
• Monitor the daily workflow of the Admin Team
• Train, guide and follow up with team members

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong experience in handling full set accounts independently
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with sst and e-Invoice is an advantage
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Able to train and guide team members
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and take ownership of work
