Senior Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accounts Executive who is able to handle full set accounts independently and manage day-to-day accounting matters.

Pay: RM 5,000 - RM 8,000

Working hour: 10:00am to 7:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Working Location: Taman Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram, Johor

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently.
• Manage daily accounting matters including AP, AR, invoicing, payments and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly accounts and financial reports.
• Check and reconcile stock/inventory records and follow up on discrepancies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other relevant parties when required.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete and up to date.
• Work closely with other departments on accounting and stock-related matters.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Able to speak and communicate in CHINESE.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Must have experience handling full set accounts independently.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and trustworthy.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be someone who knows what they are doing, can work independently and does not require constant supervision or step-by-step guidance. The candidate must be willing to take responsibility for the accuracy of the company’s accounts and follow up on issues until they are resolved.
