Job Summary

SolarQube Energy is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the company’s finance and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle purchase and sales entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain cash and bank records and perform basic bank reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
• Assist with monthly accounting reports and financial statements.
• Maintain proper documentation of all accounting records.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments and invoices.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory-related accounting activities.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Tally.
• Assist senior management/accounting team with finance-related tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Tally knowledge is mandatory.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
• Candidates who can commute to Jalakandapuram, Salem are preferred.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
