Job Descriptions:

• Manage full set of accounts and execute accurate month-end financial closing.
• Prepare monthly management and financial reporting packages for management review.
• Perform day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Monitor daily cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasting reports.
• Match, verify, and process vendor invoices and payments accurately.
• Liaise with vendors and resolve billing or payment inquiries.
• Support ad-hoc financial assignments as required by management.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA candidate) is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience handling full sets of accounts and month-end financial reporting.
• Sound knowledge of accounting standards, SST filing, and exposure to corporate tax requirements.
• Hands-on proficiency in accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent English communication skills with experience interacting with overseas stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
