Senior Accounts Executive (Full Sets/Freight Forwarding)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $4500 - $4800
• Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
• Working Location: Changi (Airline Road)
• Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL.
• Prepare monthly accounts, financial reports and schedules.
• Manage invoicing, supplier payments, collections and credit control.
• Follow up on outstanding and overdue payments.
• Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Track freight, transport, warehouse and vendor costs.
• Check and process supplier invoices and payments.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
• Support budgeting, cash-flow planning and forecasting.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities.
• Support annual audits and corporate tax submissions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company procedures.
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Work closely with management and operations teams.
• Handle other accounting and administrative duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably handling a full set of accounts.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transport or warehousing is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting practices, GST requirements and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently and meet deadlines.
