Senior Accounts Executive/Manager

Job Requirements:

Possess LCCI Certificate or at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

Able to handle full set of import and trading accounts.

Positive working attitude, high degree of integrity, maturity and pleasant personality.

Familiar with SQL Accounting Software will be an added advantage.

Able to speak fluent in English

At least 2-3 year(s) of related working experience

Job Responsibilities:

Handling full set of import and trading accounts and perform month end closing in a timely matter.

Liaise with Overseas suppliers and customers to help maintain documentations for import and export.

To assist in preparation of audit/tax schedules for year-end statutory audit and tax computation.

Liaise with external auditor and tax agent.

Liaise with bankers on the banking facilities especially on Foreign exchange.

Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.

Performing day to day accounting operations.

Any other accounting assigned by the management from time to time.
