Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Accounts & Finance to manage key finance operations and provide strong support to the GMFinance in financial planning, fund management and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare CMA data, working-capital statements and financial projections.
• Manage funds, cash flow and working capital efficiently.
• Handle banking operations, bank correspondence, credit facilities and documentation.
• Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Supervise day-to-day accounts and financial reporting.
• Prepare MIS, management reports and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
• Ensure timely closure of accounts and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Lead and guide the Accounts team.
• Provide effective support to the GM–Finance on financial and strategic assignments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15–25 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing organisation.
• Strong hands-on experience in CMA preparation, fund management, banking, budgeting and MIS.
• Sound knowledge of accounting, financial statements and working-capital management.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination and team-management skills.
• Candidates with ICWA (CMA) / M.Com / CA Inter qualification will have an added advantage.
