(Senior) Accounts Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and budgeting
• Prepare monthly management accounts and consolidation
• Perform financial analysis and prepare variance report to management
• Liaise with external/ internal parties on statutory audit, annual tax returns and other accounting and finance matters
• Perform daily accounting functions including voucher inputs, payment and bank reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Handle ad hoc project as required

Requirement & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
• HKICPA or equivalent is required
• A least 3 years experience in financial analysis and auditing experience in Big 4
• Proficient in various functions of Excel, Flex System and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Responsible, hardworking, well-organized, able to work independently and a good team player
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered
• Immediate availability is preferred
