As a Senior Accounts Payable (Payment)****, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of the company's payment processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier and employee payments, tax compliance, and payment-related financial controls while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

About the position

The Senior Accounts Payable (Payment) is responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, employee reimbursements, and supplier payments to ensure timely and accurate settlements. The role manages local and international payment transactions through electronic banking platforms while maintaining compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations. You will prepare and submit withholding tax and VAT filings, issue tax certificates, and ensure proper application of Double Taxation Agreements for overseas payments. In addition, you will support month-end closing activities, maintain accurate records in SAP, and collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant payment operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Payment Operations, or related accounting functions.

• Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations, VAT, withholding tax, and Double Taxation Agreements.

• Hands-on experience with tax submissions including PND 3, PND 53, PND 54, PP30, and PP36.

• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
