- วางแผนกลยุทธ์โฆษณา กำหนดและดูแลกลยุทธ์ยิงแอดแบบ Full Funnel (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion)
- บริหารและติดตามผลหลังยิงแอดรายวัน โดยจัดสรรงบประมาณ (Budget Allocation), ควบคุมเปิด-ปิดแอด และติดตามผล
(GMV, ROAS, CPA, CVR, CTR, CPM) - วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ การ Optimize แอดอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุเชิงลึก (Root Cause) เมื่อผลลัพธ์ไม่เป็นไปตามเป้า
- ร่วมมือกับทีมการตลาด ทำหน้าที่เป็น Marketing Business Partner แปลข้อมูล Ads เป็นข้อเสนอแนะเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อแก้ปัญหาได้ตรงจุด
- ดูแลแคมเปญเฉพาะทาง และบริหารจัดการ Ads สำหรับ Affiliate (Gencode/C-Ad), Brand/Live/Content และ KOL Amplification
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน (Monthly Business Review) เพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
