SENIOR ADMIN & ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Required Skill(s):
• Required language: English.
• Required Skill: SQL

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts

• Maintain accurate and timely accounting records according to the accounting standard, taxation and SST requirement and ensure compliance.

• Review and ensure accuracy and timely preparation of financial reports submission

• Assist on any ad-hoc job duties given by superior from time to time

• General office management

• Oversee all accounting reports

• preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and support cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
