Senior Admin Coordinator

Monday-Friday
9am - 6pm

Job Scope:

• Handle daily administrative duties, data entry, documentation, and filing.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, customer enquiries, and complaints.
• Coordinate staff schedules and manpower arrangements.
• Liaise with clients and handle their requests and operational matters.
• Coordinate and assist in various projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and project-related documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and provide updates to clients and management.
• Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Proven experience from previous relevant role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
