Senior Administration Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience
• Manage travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, visa, and itinerary coordination.
• Oversee facility operations, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office upkeep.
• Handle vendor management, contract renewals, service coordination, and invoice processing.
• Manage office administration activities, including stationery, pantry, courier, and asset management.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and visitor management.
• Prepare MIS reports, maintain administrative records, and support budget tracking.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations and compliance with company policies.
