Senior Administration Officer - Procurement (REF: ADM)

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on daily general corporate office administration and operations, such as trip planning, travel arrangement, purchasing, data analysis, etc.
• Handle all transactions for procurement and ordering, e.g. SIM card, business card, stationery, pantry consumable, staff uniform, office equipment and others
• Handle and timely renewal service contracts, agreements, e.g., travel, copier, office consumables, cleaning services, etc.
• Liaise and keep close communication with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operation
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent
• Over 8 years’ solid working experience in all-round office administration role, preferable in sizable companies
• Experience in project management, workflow improvement, data analysis is preferable
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with people at all levels
• Well-organized with attention to details
• Mature, proactive, self-motivated and independent working attitude
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in using MS Office
