Senior Administrator

Overview

AAT Safety is a specialist Lifting and Safety Equipment Installation, Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance company operating within the Wind Industry across the UK and Ireland.

We are currently seeking a Senior Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible by ensuring efficient administration, accurate document control, and effective processing of operational information.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide high level administrative support to management and operational teams.
• Maintain and administer documentation in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Support the coordination of project activities.
• Process purchase requisitions and support procurement activities as required
• Support health, safety, environmental, and quality documentation requirements.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar administrative role is preferred; however, full training and support will be provided
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

Pay: £15.00 per hour
