Senior Administrator

Senior Administrator – Financial Services | London | £240–£260 per day

Location: London – 3 days onsite per week

Rate: £240–£260 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: 3 months initially, with a strong likelihood of extension

This is a senior-facing role where you’ll be supporting a busy leadership function and working with stakeholders at a very senior level.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, polished and able to operate with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

The ideal background:

• Minimum of 5 years solid experience in Senior Administration, Business Support or Executive Support
• Previous Financial Services experience is essential
• Concur experience is essential
• Someone who can provide EA-level support when required , covering additional responsibilities when needed
• Comfortable and confident dealing with very senior stakeholders
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage competing priorities and work independently
• Very strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and professional written English
