We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join The Coffee Club’s National Support Office, supporting our Training department across a broad range of systems, programs, communications and operational activities.

Today, we are one of the world’s largest Australian café chains, serving millions of loyal customers. Supporting a business of our scale takes great people behind the scenes who can bring organisation, consistency and follow-through to a fast-moving environment.
What is the role?
Reporting to the Head of Training, the Senior Administrator provides proactive administrative and coordination support for our Training department, taking ownership of a broad range of systems, communications, reporting and activities.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing Yoobic administration, communications and reporting

- Supporting Uber and Three Stories administration and reporting
- Coordinating training events, internal initiatives and stakeholder communications
- Maintaining accurate records, reporting and documentation
- Keeping recurring processes, schedules and follow-ups on track
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working
This is a varied role where you’ll be trusted to manage your priorities, follow things through, and keep the detail under control.
Who are we looking for?
You’re an experienced administrator who is organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership in a busy environment.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in a senior administrative or coordination role
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
- Confidence working across systems, reporting and data
- Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities with limited supervision
- Good judgement, initiative and a practical approach to problem-solving
Experience in hospitality, retail or franchise environments, as well as communications experience, would be highly regarded.
Why work with us?
- Be part of a nationally recognised Australian brand
- Take ownership of a varied role with exposure across all things Training
- Work with teams across our franchise and corporate environments
- Build broad experience across systems, communications, reporting, events and operational coordination
- Join a collaborative National Support Office environment
- Access a range of employee benefits, including employer-funded paid parental leave, purchased annual leave and subsidised learning and development programs
