General Description

Support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of BeyondTrust Remote Support (RS) and Privileged Remote Access (PRA) platforms.

Participate in implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement activities related to BeyondTrust environments.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, networking, application, and service desk teams to deliver secure remote access solutions.

Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for platform, connectivity, authentication, and integration issues.

Support onboarding of internal users, vendors, and third-party partners into BeyondTrust remote access solutions.

Assist with platform governance, operational reporting, access reviews, compliance requirements, and audit requests.

Develop operational documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, support runbooks, and configuration guides.

Participate in incident response, problem management, change execution, and continuous service improvement activities.

Experience troubleshooting remote session issues, authentication failures, access policy violations, and connectivity problems.

Knowledge of SSL certificates, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and network troubleshooting required for BeyondTrust deployments.

Experience with BeyondTrust PRA Vault integration and credential management capabilities.

Understanding of session recording, session monitoring, auditing, and compliance reporting requirements.

Ability to review logs and perform troubleshooting using BeyondTrust administrative tools and diagnostic utilities.

Experience working with REST APIs, integrations, and automation use cases.

Basic scripting knowledge using PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting for task automation and reporting.

Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and integration with approval workflows.
