Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions and enrollment process for Edrix training and upskilling programs. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings, understanding candidate backgrounds and goals, and recommending suitable programs and pathways. The role involves managing the admissions pipeline, conducting informational sessions and consultations, and providing clear, accurate information about curriculum, schedules, fees, and outcomes. The Senior Admissions Counselor will collaborate with sales, training, and operations teams to ensure a smooth applicant experience, track applications and conversions, and meet enrollment and service-quality targets. This role also contributes to continuous improvement of admissions processes, supports outreach initiatives, and maintains detailed records in CRM and other systems.

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills for engaging with diverse prospective learners and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to deliver a supportive, responsive, and informed admissions experience.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage pipelines, convert qualified leads into enrollments, and achieve admissions targets ethically.
• Candidates should possess Education-related experience or knowledge to advise on learning pathways, curricula, and skill development programs.
• Relevant additional qualifications include experience in admissions, counseling, or student services; familiarity with CRM tools; strong organizational and time management abilities; and proficiency in using remote collaboration and communication platforms.
• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred; experience in workforce development, training, or career services is an advantage.
