Senior Admissions Officer

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Admissions Officer to join our Admissions Team. As the Senior Admissions Officer, you will oversee the admissions journey from the initial enquiry through to student enrolment, ensuring every family receives professional, timely, and personalised support. You will also play a key role in achieving student recruitment targets, supporting admissions events, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
• Conduct informative and engaging school tours for prospective families.
• Advise parents on the British Curriculum, school values, and admissions requirements.
• Review applications and supporting documents for completeness and eligibility.
• Coordinate student assessments and interviews with academic teams.
• Prepare and issue admission offers and waiting list communications.
• Maintain accurate records using the school s admissions and student information systems.
• Ensure prompt and professional communication via phone, email, website enquiries, and walk-ins.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and current families.
• Monitor admissions pipelines and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Produce admissions reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Represent the school at Open Days, exhibitions, and recruitment events.
• Support the implementation of admissions and student recruitment strategies.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Finance, and Academic teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
• Provide guidance and day-to-day support to Admissions Officers when required.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and Ministry of Education requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in admissions, enrolment, customer service, or student recruitment.
• Previous experience within an international or British curriculum school (preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• A strong customer service mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM or Student Information Systems is an advantage.
