Location : Hybrid 1-2x per week in Downtown Manhattan

Overview: Our client, a Fortune 100 Financial Services company (to be disclosed during process) is hiring for a role accountable for ensuring Workfront remains scalable, intuitive, governed, and aligned to business outcomes - balancing user needs with enterprise standardization and avoiding unnecessary platform complexity.

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Serves as the accountable product owner for Adobe Workfront for our in-house team that manages platform vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities
• Establishes measurable business outcomes, adoption goals, platform health metrics, and success criteria
• Owns intake, evaluation, and prioritization of enhancements, defects, integrations, reporting needs, and configuration requests
• Maintains and prioritizes the product backlog based on business value, user impact, strategic alignment, risk, and effort
• Evaluates new Adobe Workfront capabilities and determines where they should be incorporated into the roadmap
• Aligns Workfront strategy with the broader MarTech, workflow, data, and enterprise technology ecosystem

Process & Solution Design

• Translates business needs and operating requirements into scalable Workfront capabilities and solutions
• Defines future-state workflows, processes, and operating models
• Establishes acceptance criteria and validates delivered solutions against business outcomes
• Partners with architects, developers, administrators, integration teams, and other product owners on future state end-to-end solution design
• Makes or facilitates decisions regarding enterprise standardization versus business-specific requirements
• Assesses upstream and downstream impacts of proposed workflow, configuration, and integration changes

Configuration & Platform Stewardship

• Owns the Workfront configuration architecture and associated design standards
• Configures and maintains Workfront in accordance with approved requirements and platform standards
• Designs and manages custom forms, custom fields, templates, workflows, statuses, queues, approval processes, views, reports, and dashboards
• Maintains a scalable and consistent Workfront data and configuration model
• Conducts periodic reviews and cleanup of obsolete or underutilized configurations
• Ensures configuration changes are documented, tested, deployed, and communicated appropriately

Governance, Adoption & Operations

• Establishes and enforces Workfront governance, configuration, naming, data-quality, and usage standards
• Leads stakeholder communication and change management for material platform changes
• Drive user adoption and effective use of Workfront
• Monitors platform adoption, data quality, process compliance, usability, and overall platform health
• Maintains product, configuration, governance, and administrative documentation
