Senior Ads Optimization Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and continuously optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and others.
• Plan and execute effective digital marketing strategies to increase conversions, boost sales, and reach targeted audiences using up-to-date tools and techniques.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and video editors to develop engaging and brand-consistent ad creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to identify optimal campaign setups.
• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and minimize unnecessary spending.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising or a related role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, especially in Ads Optimization and performance marketing.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• A portfolio of past campaigns or case studies is a strong advantage and will be given special consideration.
• Good command in English both speaking and writing.
