Role Brief

We are seeking high-caliber Principal Advisors & Operating Partners to lead our high-stakes intervention squads. In this role, you will interface directly with startup founders, boards, and institutional investors to address complex revenue plateaus, broken supply chains, and operational inefficiencies. You are not an observer—you are a high-execution leader capable of engineering rapid business transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecting Scalability: Redesign fragmented supply chains, logistics architecture, and procurement frameworks to support 10x startup growth volumes.
• Monetization & GTM Redesign: Pivot failing or plateaued business models into highly sustainable, recurring revenue streams; engineer international market expansion plays (e.g., scaling from India to UAE/GCC corridors).
• Turnaround & Crisis Management: Step directly into portfolio companies experiencing operational stress (e.g., manufacturing deadlocks, massive customer churn, or high cash-burn rates) to execute immediate interventions.
• Board & Capital Advisory: Align a startup’s operational narrative, unit economics, and growth forecasting to fully prepare founders for institutional Series A/B fundraising rounds.
• SME Orchestration: Direct and manage cross-functional squads of junior analysts and niche subject matter experts to deliver unified, high-impact results for the client.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of deep operational leadership (e.g., former startup founder, ex-tier-1 consultant, VC operating partner, or senior director in high-growth enterprise verticals).
• Core Competency: Exceptional command over structural business dynamics, financial forecasting, and operational mechanics across multiple sectors.
• Navigating Ambiguity: High emotional intelligence, gravitas, and the resilience needed to command respect from founders and investors during high-pressure turnaround phases.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to immediately spot systemic gaps within a business model and architect highly precise, scalable solutions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
