Work with the Talent and Organisation Development Manager to design, develop and implement organisational development and internal communication strategies, programmes and initiatives that build a high-performing culture.

  • Work collaboratively with the whole organisation, and particularly with NEMA's leadership, to help build our desired workplace culture and internal capability.
  • To lead and advise on internal communications that keep staff informed, support organisational culture, and ensure key initiatives, risks and opportunities are communicated effectively across the organisation.

NEMA will do all in its power to support staff in meeting their work and family responsibilities during an emergency. The welfare and wellbeing of our staff is of utmost importance.

Your response role will be in the Health & Wellbeing sub function.

Due to the nature of our role in Emergency Management, NEMA has a very dynamic work environment and as a small agency, staff are often required to pivot and change focus on their work at short notice.
