Senior Aesthetics Practitioner / Clinic Manager

Full-time | Senior-level position

Boon Aesthetics is looking for an experienced, confident and highly responsible Senior Aesthetics Practitioner to join our Birmingham clinic.

This is more than a treatment-based role. We are looking for someone who can become a key member of the clinic, taking responsibility for delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments while also supporting the smooth day-to-day management of the clinic.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ professional experience within the aesthetics industry, be confident working independently, and have a genuine passion for delivering excellent results and outstanding client care.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of advanced aesthetic and skin treatments, including:

• Laser treatments
• Microneedling
• Chemical peels
• Hydrafacials
• Skin rejuvenation treatments
• Other advanced aesthetic treatments within your qualifications and scope of practice

Alongside your treatment responsibilities, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running and management of the clinic.

This will include:

• Managing clinic stock and ensuring products and consumables are appropriately monitored and ordered
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and clinic presentation
• Managing client follow-ups and ensuring clients receive excellent aftercare
• Supporting an exceptional end-to-end customer journey
• Building strong, professional relationships with clients
• Helping to manage appointments, clinic diaries and general clinic administration
• Monitoring client retention and encouraging appropriate rebooking
• Ensuring treatment records and client documentation are maintained to a high standard
• Supporting clinic policies, procedures and compliance
• Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the clinic when required
• Helping to maintain high standards across the wider team
• Identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and clinic performance

We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously held a senior practitioner, lead therapist, clinic manager or supervisory position, or who can demonstrate that they are ready to take that next step in their career.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience working professionally within aesthetics
• Relevant qualifications for the treatments you will be performing
• Strong practical experience with laser and advanced skin treatments
• Excellent client communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Willingness to undertake clinic management and administrative responsibilities
• High standards of professionalism, hygiene and client care
