Candidate Profile:

Experience in Insurance / BFSI / Agency Sales / Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation / Cross-selling

Experience in advisor recruitment, advisor management and business development preferred

Strong sales and communication skills

Ability to recruit, train and manage insurance advisors

Good understanding of local market and business development
