Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI / AIOps Engineer with strong expertise in Python backend development, AI/LLM integrations, and API engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend services, integrating AI platforms, and supporting enterprise-grade AI-driven applications.

Required Skills

• Strong backend development experience with Python .
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar Python API frameworks.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, middleware, request routing, API integration, and session management .
• Experience integrating backend services with GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI orchestration platforms .
• Knowledge of AI chat workflows including prompt handling, context injection, conversation history, and response processing.
• Experience with MCP servers/connectors, tool-calling frameworks, and AI workflow integrations .
• Ability to build and integrate MCP-style backend services for application-specific data and actions.
• Strong understanding of OAuth, OIDC, JWT, authentication, authorization, and token management .
• Experience with mTLS, secure credential management, and encrypted credential handling .
• Strong troubleshooting experience with API, authentication, connectivity, deployment, and AI workflow issues.
• Good understanding of application architecture, modular design, configuration management, and clean coding practices.
• Experience with Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and technical documentation .

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs.
• Integrate enterprise applications with AI/LLM platforms and agentic workflows.
• Develop and support AI chat and orchestration solutions.
• Build and maintain MCP-based integrations and backend connectors.
• Collaborate with platform, security, architecture, UI, and application teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, API, authentication, and AI platform issues.
• Follow engineering best practices for code quality, security, and maintainability.
