Senior AI Automation Engineer-Developer, Infrastructure as Code

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Automation Engineer – Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to join a global IT organization driving enterprise-wide automation and AI transformation initiatives.

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered automation solutions, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, and DevOps practices to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability across global infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions leveraging AI, AI Agents, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployments, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Develop scripts and applications using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, YAML, and JSON.
• Build and manage automation solutions using Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, OpenShift, and related platforms.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Agent Builder, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and Application teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance on automation and DevOps initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, Infrastructure Automation, Software Development, or DevOps environments.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, OpenShift, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience developing automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, or similar languages.
• Experience working with cloud and hybrid-cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Experience implementing AI Engineering, AI Agent Development, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or similar AI automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or FreshService.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Azure, Terraform, Ansible, DevOps, AI Engineering, or related technologies.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience supporting large-scale global IT environments.
