Role Summary:
Design, deploy, and operate scalable AI/ML and Generative AI platforms on AWS. Enable MLOps, LLMOps, and DevOps practices to support production-grade AI solutions across lending, risk, and customer journeys.

What Youll Do:

• Operate and support production ML and GenAI workloads on AWS
• Monitor model performance, drift, reliability, and LLM outputs
• Build and manage end-to-end ML pipelines using Amazon SageMaker
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML and GenAI workloads
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
• Deploy and manage Amazon Bedrock and RAG pipelines with vector databases
• Build data pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions
• Implement monitoring with CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Ensure secure AI deployments with IAM, KMS, and Secrets Manager
• Collaborate with AI Architects, Data Scientists, and Platform Engineers

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Strong experience with Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience implementing ML pipelines, model registries, and CI/CD for ML
• Familiarity with OpenSearch, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway
• Python (primary), Bash scripting
• Experience building APIs (FastAPI preferred)
• Experience with CloudWatch, ELK stack, or Prometheus
• Understanding of AI system observability and logging

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• Knowledge of prompt engineering workflows
• GenAI evaluation techniques
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions
