Are you a Senior Data Science & AI Engineer with strong Python software engineering discipline and practical experience with LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG ? We are looking for a key team member to join our Cyber Hygiene Engineering team inside the Chief Security Office (CSO) of a world-famous financial client!

In this role, you will design, build, and optimize practical AI automation workflows, prompt pipelines, and evaluation frameworks that directly enhance the organization's global security posture.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• AI Workflows & Automation: Design, build, and maintain Python-based AI workflows, evaluation harnesses, and security automation tools.
• GenAI & RAG Engineering: Work hands-on with LLMs, AI Agents, prompt pipelines, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) .
• Data & Model Evaluation: Create datasets, validation benchmarks, and evaluation metrics to analyze structured and unstructured data for reliable model outputs.
• System Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI tooling with existing enterprise security workflows, developer pipelines, and internal data sources.
• Software Excellence: Drive reliability, observability, and repeatability across AI outputs through clean coding, unit testing, and solid engineering standards.

🎯 What we are looking for:

• Python Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with Python (clean scripting, packaging, automated testing, data processing).
• Applied GenAI Experience: Proven track record working with LLM APIs, AI agents, prompt engineering , or AI automation frameworks.
• Software Engineering Discipline: Solid habits around Git, virtual environments, reproducible workflows, documentation, and maintainable code.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to translate ambiguous security and operational problems into robust technical prototypes and evaluation metrics.
