🚀 We’re hiring: Senior AI Data Science Engineer | Bucharest, Romania

Join our Development Centre in Bucharest and become part of a professional and collaborative team working for one of our world renowned clients.

The role sits within the Cyber Hygiene Engineering team , part of the Chief Security Office, and focuses on developing practical AI and automation solutions to improve security, decision making and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a Python focused AI and Data Science Engineer who can combine strong software engineering skills with applied machine learning, data analysis and LLM based technologies .

🔹 What you’ll work on:

• Design, build and maintain Python based AI workflows, evaluation frameworks and automation tools

• Work with LLMs, AI agents, prompt pipelines, embeddings and RAG

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to support automation and model evaluation

• Create datasets, validation sets, benchmarks and evaluation metrics

• Integrate AI solutions with business processes, internal data sources and developer workflows

• Improve the reliability, observability and repeatability of AI outputs

• Turn ambiguous business or workflow challenges into concrete technical prototypes

• Document technical decisions, workflows and assumptions

🔹 What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands on experience with Python , including scripting, packaging, testing and data processing

• Practical experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, prompt engineering or AI automation frameworks

• Experience designing experiments and evaluating AI/model outputs

• Good knowledge of data analysis and machine learning concepts

• Experience with Git, notebooks, virtual environments and reproducible development workflows

• Strong software engineering practices, including testing, clean and maintainable code, version control and documentation

• Ability to translate business or workflow problems into practical technical solutions

English B2 or above

⭐ Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
