As a Senior AI Developer, you will play a key role in shaping innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance business performance and customer experience. By combining advanced AI technologies with a customer-focused mindset, you will help transform ideas into practical digital solutions, supporting our O+O (Offline + Online) business model and ultimately putting a smile on customers’ faces. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will drive meaningful innovation through collaboration and a scientific, data-driven approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop and enhance AI-powered applications and digital solutions to support business growth and customer needs.
• Build and implement solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents and modern AI technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate ideas into impactful solutions.
• Support the O+O business model by delivering seamless digital experiences across online and offline touchpoints.
• Coordinate UAT activities, collect feedback and ensure solutions meet business and quality expectations.
• Apply a scientific and data-driven approach to evaluate, optimize and improve AI solution performance.
• Research emerging AI technologies, tools and best practices to drive continuous innovation.
• Monitor, test and enhance production solutions to ensure reliability, scalability and quality delivery.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business goals.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong expertise in AI application development, machine learning and AI-powered solution delivery.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Gemini CLI and LLMs such as Gemini, GPT or Claude.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search and NLP concepts.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), API integration, Git and production deployment practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to a collaborative working culture.
• Experience supporting UAT activities, gathering feedback and driving solution improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a scientific and data-driven approach.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
