Senior AI Developer

Lead development of AI-driven features on the .NET stack, deployed on Google Cloud Platform. Design machine learning and AI integrations, build scalable services, and mentor engineers across the team.

Job Description:

Experience: 6-9 years

• 6-9 years of software development experience with .NET / C#
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including AI/ML services
• Applied experience building or integrating AI/ML-driven features into production applications
• Experience designing scalable, cloud-native services and APIs
• Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience with model integration, prompt/workflow design, or MLOps practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile delivery

Must have non-technical skills:

• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work within project timelines
• Deliver outcomes with a little supervision, must be a self-starter and self-motivator
• Proactive approach and enthusiasm for problem identification and solving
• Ability to think strategically and suggest creative solutions
