Senior AI Developer | Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer / AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions, autonomous agents, and enterprise-grade automation systems.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in AI architecture, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), distributed systems, and scalable backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, fine-tune, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and self-hosted LLM solutions.
• Design autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, and intelligent decision-making workflows.
• Build scalable automation engines, real-time data pipelines, and distributed processing systems.
• Develop custom RAG architectures, vector search solutions, and AI inference infrastructure.
• Lead backend architecture, performance optimization, MLOps, and production deployments.
• Establish engineering standards, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide technical leadership.

Required Technical Expertise:

• Programming: Python, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL
• AI/ML: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Transformers, Deep Learning
• LLM Engineering: RAG, Fine-Tuning, vLLM, Vector Databases, Self-Hosted Models
• Agentic AI: Autonomous Agents, Multi-Agent Orchestration, Tool Execution
• Automation & Data: Kafka, Redis, Celery, Airflow, ETL/ELT, Distributed Workflows
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, CI/CD, GPU Optimization, MLOps

What We're Looking For:

A strong technical problem-solver who can independently architect and build production-grade AI systems—not simply integrate third-party AI APIs or rely on no-code automation platforms.

Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in system architecture, AI model implementation, custom automation development, and independent programming.
