Role Overview

As part of our team in Riyadh, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating with talented professionals to design, build, and maintain cutting-edge AI platforms. Your expertise in full-stack development and multi-agent platforms will be crucial for driving our core AI projects from conception to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications and solutions.
• Lead the development of full-stack architectures supporting complex multi-agent systems.
• Master and implement advanced prompt engineering and AI control layers in diverse projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into products.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools for adoption and integration.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Must have requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI engineering.
• Deep expertise in building end-to-end full-stack applications and multi-agent platform development.
• Exceptional skills in prompt engineering and designing AI control layers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Proficient in leading teams in a high-paced technology environment.

Nice to have requirements

• Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and orchestration engines.
• Familiarity with leading cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly execute using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and others.
• Good understanding of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
• Exposure to real-time data processing and large-scale distributed systems.
