• As a Sr. Engineer, Applied AI at Rightway Healthcare, you'll spearhead our AI integration initiatives to revolutionize healthcare delivery through our platform
• Working with a dynamic team, you'll drive the development of AI-powered features that empower members to make informed healthcare decisions, ensuring they get the right care at the right time and price
• This role offers a unique blend of autonomy and innovation, where you'll transform cutting-edge AI concepts into production-ready solutions
• While AI is a key focus, you'll also architect and implement solutions that scale across our platform, combining intuitive technology with expert guidance to bring clarity and direction to our members' healthcare journeys
• Pioneer AI-driven solutions that enhance our care navigation and PBM services, directly improving healthcare outcomes for our members
• Lead rapid prototyping cycles, transforming concepts into production features within days or weeks, not months
• Architect and implement full-stack solutions using our modern tech stack (Node.js, React, TypeScript, Ruby, GraphQL, Postgres)
• Drive technical decisions independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
• Build and maintain scalable, production-grade systems that handle sensitive healthcare data with reliability and security
• Establish technical standards and best practices for AI integration across the platform
